Arts Council England has awarded us a commissioned Developing Resilient Leadership grant for the period February 2013 to October 2016. One of the grant objectives is to gain an improved understanding of the long-term impact of investment in leadership development on individual careers and organisational resilience, through an independent evaluation of the Programme. This will be informed by a scoping survey of the current leadership development needs of the cultural sector in England.
They are looking for experienced consultants with broad and deep knowledge of the cultural sector, and the ability to absorb and analyse complex information. For the scoping survey, research skills will be essential; the evaluation work will require significant experience of evidence-based evaluation.
