An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our forward thinking Participation and Learning team in order to manage and develop our community programme, engaging with communities across the region. Reporting directly to the Head of Department, this key role involves building relationships and strategic partnership with external stakeholders and with departments across the theatre.
The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager with high level project delivery expertise. Demonstrable experience of hands-on working with marginalised, vulnerable and under-represented adults and young people is required. Proven ability to build relationships and engage community organisations will be of paramount importance.
