Responsible to STUN Roadshow Project Manager

Based from the STUN Office, Z-arts, 335 Stretford Road, Hulme, M15 5ZA. Role | to support the project manager in the administration, co-ordination, delivery and evaluation of 3 Roadshow events across the Northwest Region, in Liverpool, Blackburn and Blackpool.

Duties will include
Administration | Maintain the diary of meetings and events,
| Maintain the database of contacts and venues,
| Minute taking at meetings and typing up an accurate record of actions
| Follow up emails as directed by the project manager
Liaison | Initiating and/or maintaining contact with potential and actual venues, ` artists and arts organisations
| Supporting the audition and recruitment of artists
| Supporting the recruitment and retention of volunteers
| Liaise with video, photography and/or audio documentation
Delivery | Attend all events and take a lead role on the day
| Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the event
| Co-ordinate of volunteers on the day
| Support the collection of evaluation feedback on the day
Evaluation | Support the compiling and reproduction of a ‘questionnaires’
| Support the development of online evaluation tools
| Manage a team of volunteer evaluators at the events
| Co-ordinate the documentation of the events
The training on offer to support this role will be the equivalent of one hour per working week and will include
Quantitative and Qualitative Research methodology
Partnership and Collaboration fundamentals and basics
Managing Volunteers
Effective minute-taking
Microsoft Office support for Word and Excel if required
