Sonia Hughes is offering 6 Creative Practitioners an opportunity to work with her to develop their idea! Ideally suited to theatre makers and live and spoken word artists, but other artforms welcome.
I’ve Got An Idea is a series of four workshops in Central Manchester | venue tbc

You must be able to commit to all four sessions.
Costs | £100 unfunded individuals – £200 funded individuals
Do you have a good idea which would be fabulous if ever you got round to making it? Then these workshops are for you.
With a maximum of 6 participants, you will interrogate your idea, create content, parameters and a process for making. Every week you will be given a prescription by Sonia and/or the group to complete by the next week. The four sessions are designed to give you the desire, confidence and a plan to make your idea happen.

Theatre-Maker/Writer Sonia Hughes has over 13 years’ experience . 22 productions from the Contact to the National Theatre (Shed). She has skills in writing, devising and dramaturgy. A regular collaborator with leading contemporary theatre company, Quarantine, she has also worked with live-art practitioner, Mem Morris, directors Mark Whitelaw, Max Webster, Leo Kay, Wyllie Longmore and Sarah Frankcom.
