Victoria Baths Trust is seeking a Temporary Operations Manager for six months from October 2014, with a possible extension of three months. The post is to cover part of the role of the Project Manager who is taking leave of absence.
The Temporary Operations Manager will be responsible for the management of Victoria Baths, will promote the project and supervise all the activities of the Trust including management of three staff and supporting the Friends of Victoria Baths.
The postholder will understand historic buildings, have excellent communication skills, good organisational and management skills, including financial management, and ability to use websites and social media.
The post is 21hrs per week
Salary £17,382(3/5 pro rata of £28,970)
